  15. I.     SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

  17.         No hard disk space is required.

  19.         386/33 with Windows 3.1 or Higher, 4 MB  
  20.         RAM (8 MB Recommended), CD-ROM Drive (Double  
  21.         Speed Recommended), VGA (SVGA 640 x 480, 256  
  22.         Colors Recommended), Mouse and Sound Card

  26. II.      INSTALLATION:

  28. No hard disk installation is required.

  30. To run your PowerCD program:

  32. From the file menu in program manager select Run and type 
  33. "D:\POWERCD.EXE" and hit the <ENTER> key or click on "OK." To 
  34. create a PowerCD icon and/or to install the PowerCD Screen Saver, type 
  35. "D:\SETUP.EXE" and hit the <ENTER> key or click on "OK."

  37. Note:  Where "D" denotes the letter of your CD-ROM drive.

  91. VI. LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISC REPLACEMENT POLICY

  95. Publisher warrants that the medium upon which the Software is 
  96. provided by Publisher to the User shall be free from defects in 
  97. material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from 
  98. the date of the User's receipt thereof. DISCLAIMER.  EXCEPT AS 
  99. EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS 
  100. IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
  101. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES 
  102. OF PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A 
  103. PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  USER BEARS ALL RISK RELATING TO 
  104. QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.  
  105. The performance of the Software varies with the various manufacturers'
  106. equipment with which it is used. Publisher does not warrant that the 
  107. Software or the functions contained in the Software will meet the User's 
  108. requirements, operate without interruption, or be error free.  
  109. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  User's exclusive remedy for breach by 
  110. Zane Publishing Publishing of its limited warranty shall be replacement of any 
  111. defective medium upon its return to Publisher within the warranty 
  112. period (evidence of purchase and product registration required), or, if Publisher
  113. is unable to provide a replacement that is free of defect, refund of the 
  114. license fee paid by the User with respect to such medium (refunds to be 
  115. processed through the venue the Software was purchased).  In no 
  116. event will Publisher be liable for any lost profits or other damages, 
  117. including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or any other 
  118. type of damages, arising out of this Agreement or the use or inability to 
  119. use the Software licensed hereunder, even if Publisher has been 
  120. advised of the possibility of such damages.
